First day, part two.

So how was my first day of school. It was good. Man, the UWGB campus has changed so much. My class is held in a building that wasn't even there when I graduated. And a 300 level math class with over 20 students? Unheard of back then. One guy looks to be about my age, everyone else could be my kids.

The most exciting thing, though, was the homework I did that afternoon. I mean, Dr. Davis is a fine lecturer, clear and thorough. Actually doing the math, though, was a lot of fun.

  1. Yay! School really is fun, isn't it? I was realizing this last week that i miss it. I'm hoping I can go back for a Master's or something at some point in my life. Have fun, Jack!

  2. I think it is great to go back to school as an adult. I found that learning came so much easier with some life experience under my belt. Dad and I have discovered that senior citizens can audit college classes for $10 per class. I think we might look into finding a class we can take together next semester. Have fun with your math, Jack - love every minute of it!
